IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026: Many conversations, strong interest, concrete next steps

Our first IAA TRANSPORTATION with a dedicated HUBWALTER booth is now behind us. Seven days at the trade fair in Hanover showed one thing above all: there is immense interest in more efficient multi-stop logistics.

At the HUBWALTER system vehicle, we held numerous discussions with drivers, fleet operators, and potential customers from the transport, logistics, convenience, fresh produce, and goods distribution sectors. At the same time, OEMs, body manufacturers, and component suppliers from various countries took the opportunity to get a closer look at the vehicle and our system approach.

The live demonstrations directly at the vehicle were particularly well-received. Visitors were able to see how multi-sided goods access, internal lift systems, and structured loading zones work together—and why it is not just driving time, but the process at each individual stop that is crucial for multi-stop routes. This was exactly the approach HUBWALTER brought to the IAA: not just explaining the system, but making it tangible.

For HUBWALTER, the next phase now begins: we will be following up on and deepening the many new contacts and concrete discussions initiated at the trade fair.
